and i know they play mp3 ringtones but can either of them play mp3's songs

with 64mb of memory on the 8703, i wouldnxxx8217;t recommend putting any songs on it.

Neither the 8703e nor the 7130e currently support .wav files. Would it not make sense to encode your audio files to mp3 anyway to reduce the file size?
