Selected apps wont install

Hi, it seems that I can download free apps normally just like everyone else, but for apps you have to pay for they wont install after purchasing!
After they have been purchased they dont appear anywhere on my blackberry 9360. They are however listed in the uninstalled section in app world. But it does not give me any option to install them.....
This is a new replacement model 9360 I have, and since i transferred my blackberry user ID from my old phone to my new one I can reinstall old apps that I have previously purchased on the old phone, so these are in my uninstalled section also. These all give me the option to install them again, but no install option is still given to the paid for apps that i have paid for on my new device.
Any ideas?
