Hi All,

We have a wierd issue with a couple of BB 9780s where if you click and email to open it, it will open the message below!
We have tried wiping the device (drastic I know but mostly sures all ills) but still have the same issue.

any ideas?

Just a quick update to this - it seems to be opening the last read message (be that email or text meesage) so seems to be cached and recalled.

Have you tried a battery pull to see if that fixes the problem?

What did you do to the BB just before this began to happen?

tempted to put something exciting - like mountain climbing or deep sea diving ... but in the real world absolutly nothing, it was working one day then stopped working the next morning.
Originally we only has this on one device, but now on two - so i am search the internet to try to find a solution before it gets any worse!
