What are you doing when it turns off? Does it turn completely off or just "go to sleep"?

What did you do to the device just before this problem began to occur?

What do you have to do to get it to come back on?

Thanks for prompt replies.

1. I haven't understand what is meant by this " try to flash a new firmware .if not reheat or re-ball power I.C " ??? Can you more elaborate ? Thanks.

2. It turns off completely like reboot....and i make it come back to normal by removing battery and insert it again. I haven't done any installation to my device yet. Not sure where it has problem.
Earlier, it happened twice a day and now it is happening once in an hour and getting frustrated with this problem. Please help !!!

Your inputs are appreciated guys.

Thanks again
Nag
