Hi all, I recently set up password lock on my curve. I accidentally dropped my phone causing the battery to fall out and the phone to reboot. Now when the phone comes on its just stuck on the password lock screen and wont let me type in my password or do anything :/ Anyone help or have any ideas at all please

If it is a hardware fault (broken keyboard or separated connection...) then that will need to be repaired to be able to use the device. And you won'tbe able to backup or sync using Desktop Manager without unlocking the handset.

You might try another battery pull. Do it with the power on. If you have a microSD card installed, remove it. Wait a good 30 seconds before you replace the battery. See what happens.

I've tried the battery pull without the SD card, still no luck tho. Going to pop it into my local phone shop later see if they can do anything with it! Thanks for the advice
