So I have spent hours online searching for an answer.

I have a BB9300 3G and live on a farm in South Africa - wifi no cell connection.

I have not been able to get the BB messenger working or any other BB Services.

Any ideas ? I compared my phone settings with those of my gf and in HRT the WIFI is at top or number one on the list. Dont know if it matters. Any ideas hit me .....

You must have a BB dataplan active on your account to access any RIM provided services, such as email, BBM, Facebook, etc. Can't get them on WiFi without the service books generated by the BB dataplan.
