BES errors - SRPTag entry

Hello all,
Today i just came through logs on my server and found this:
RequestHandler::HandleITADMINDataCommand - Unknown command: GET_DEVICE_INFO 15
And immediately next one:
RequestHandler::DoITPolicyDeviceSentProcessing - Unable to find matching entry id for SRPTag=xxxxxx
I've searched RIM's site and also internet but no explanation. Before i will contact RIM support - does anyone seen this and tried to solve it before ?
