Zune is in perfect working order and shows very little cosmetic scratches from normal wear and tear. My preloaded collection ships with it and includes lots of classic rock, metal and a variety of other stuff. Some of the highlights:
The entire Rush catalog
The entire Pink Floyd catalog
The entire Rammstein catalog
Nearly complete Beatles catalog
The entire Metallica catalog
Nearly complete Opeth catalog
complete minus the bear catalog

Does not include the software because the original software is obsolete. You must have access to the internet to download the new zune software. All updates and latest OS are installed.
