Is there an app or something that will allow me to, when playing music, add the fade effect from one song to the next?

Um. On blackberry? no.. have not heard of it. On the computer, yes.. You might need save the all your songs in one single mp3 file..

If you are talking about crossfading like iTunes or WMP do, then I don't believe there is anything available.
