Repair in the UK?

I have a 9000 Bold. I bought it off eBay - it was originally on Orange, but I'm an O2 customer.
I've been having a couple of hardware issues (button on left side needs a lot of force when pressed, trackball won't always track left). Does anyone know if I could send it directly to Blackberry for repair? Or should I just try to go through O2.
