Can somebody tell me how to how to turn 9000 speakerphone on? Thanks.

Press the Speakerphone button.
It's the one with the Speaker icon on it. (To the left of the 'Enter' key.)

When on a call, press the "$" key that is next to the M key.

It has a little tiny speaker about the $

You can also hit the menu key when in a call and select, "Activate Speakerphone". (Activate Handset, puts it back to normal.)
