This is a bit lazy on my part, but does anyone know what are the chances of my local verizon store or best buy having Storms in stock?

How limited are these phones? Does your local store have them in stock?

(i tried calling a few places but its an automated system and drives me crazy)

There has been a few around me with them in stock. I bought one in one store and had it replaced in another.

Best Buy is currently advertising a free bluetooth headset with the storm. I just saw the commercial on TV. So I would imagine they may have shipments coming in.

It is an automated answering service! But if u call between working hours and listen to the extensions, 1 for hours, 2 for sales, etc! You'll be able to get a live rep on the phone! Only deal with a corporate store, safer in the long run!

Your best bet is what everyone else has said. Order online or over the phone directly with Verizon.

The chances of you walking into a store and picking one up is slim to none. You would have a better chance at getting a date with Megan Fox.

I'v asked the same question. What town did the poster say there were Storms in the store? From what I hear from REP's and over the phone, my bet is the Storm won't be in stock before the end of the year in the stores. Then there will be a huge surplus at some point...
