Hi,

I am having problem while deploying the application which i have created.
In the command prompt i am getting the following error,

Connecting to device.....Error: unable to open the port

when i pressed the following command
javaloader load -usb SpeedDial.cod

Any idea please.

Some ideas:

- you didn't connect the device with the USB cable?
- you don't have the USB drivers installed on the PC (requires installation of the BlackBerry Desktop program - you can download this from your carrier or from the RIM website)
- you are running on Vista, and you'll probably need to open the command line window as "administrator" to get access to the USB port.

javaloader.exe -u load SpeedDial.cod

-u option allow you to connect the device through USB.
if you device is password protect append -w<password>
