Muddles,
No need for the 4 separate threads so I've merged them into one.

don't worry about it; it happens at times. As long as you don't see it constantly throughout the logs this is normal

Eh, they also happen ...

The BlackBerry Enterprise Server keeps a continuous connection with the Service Routing Protocol (SRP) host to ensure that the BlackBerry Enterprise Server can redirect messages to BlackBerry devices. Every minute the BlackBerry Enterprise Server pings the SRP host and waits for a response. If the BlackBerry Enterprise Server does not receive a response, it displays an SRP connection failure and tries to re-establish the connection.

Could be some slight network latency, a blip on your network, or a blip somewhere in your network routing to RIM / vice versa.

As long as it isn't constant you're ok.

This appears to be an out of memory error ... what OS are you running on the BES? What is the exact version of bes you're running?

download and install the latest service pack (SP7) ... give it a day, and then review the logs.
