Default Email Synchronization date range

Please Login to Remove!

We recently migrated from Blackberry Professional software to the new Enterprise Express, 5.0.2. on an SBS 2008 stardard edition (Exchange 2007).

One device (a 9630) is missing all email prior to the 'new' initilization. Is there away to reset this settings on the BES to allow him to receive copies of all new ? Or, could I install the desktop software and pull all the old email directly out of his Outlook client.

Thanks

Default

The only way is to remove the user from the BES and add again and do an Enterprise Activation. Then you get the pre-population e-mail (default 5 days, with 5.0.2 maximum 30 days).

Bob
