I can't generate email alerts with this program I just purchased. I have a Blackberry Curve 8310 with AT&T. I have it configured under motion detector to receive email alerts and have "format" checked for Blackberry. I have not received any error messages to indicate there is a problem, I just don't receive any email alerts when motion is dectected by my webcam. I have emailed for support, but am not receiving any constructive help. All they keep asking me is if I have checked the email format for Blackberry. Has anyone else experienced this, or have a solution? The program is nice, but not of much use if I can't receive email alerts.

I was having the same problem with the trial! That's the reason why I didn't buy it. They kept telling me my email was marking it a spam.

Very cool program, the email alerts are the key, but doesn't alert when the motion detection is detected. I would PM "shape", find him in the aftermarket software section with the mobiscope thread. Thread Here Sorry I couldn't of been more help.
