Is there a re-boot system for the 9700, or do i need to pull out the battery and restart. if, not why not RIM provide a system to reboot a handphone.
thanx in advance

ALT + CAP + DEL will reboot the device, but pulling the battery is the best way.

I have wondered this for a long time:

Why is pulling the battery better than doing ALT + CAP + DEL?

IMHO, pulling the battery for about 30 seconds removes all power from the device and flushes the memory. I really can't be sure that an alternate method really does that.

Glad you found what you needed with the app. Just to clarify the 3-finger salute it's:

ALT + aA (on the RIGHT side of the keyboard) + DEL

Using the aA on the LEFT side of the keyboard won't reboot the device.
