Hello, just updated my pearl and now my messages which is tied into my hotmail account wont take my password, was wondering, i did the recover password bit and it said that it was sent to my device, however, my messages and email did not receive the password, where does it go if not to my message and email ?

If you did a password recovery, because your BIS account is saying your password is incorrect, the I believe that you first have to login to your e-mail account, with the recovered password, reset the password their and the go back into your BIS account and enter the new password.
