Angry Blackberry Internet E-Mail session

Please Login to Remove!

Does anyone know how to get past this issue?

I added three email accounts through the Pearl handheld and for the last three days when I click on "Set Up Internet E-Mail" I get the following message:

"Your Blackberry Internet E-mail session has expired. Please close your browser and try again."

It worked fine prior to three days ago and by that I mean I could add, delete, etc., email accounts through the handheld.

Well, I keep closing my browser, I did cold and hot reboots, took out the SIM card, waited several seconds, put it back, asked the guy at T-Mobile (who didn't know), etc., etc., etc., and I still get this message regardless if I am in an EDGE or GPRS zone. I don't get it. I could not find any forum posts on point and I've checked about as many blackberry site knowledge based docs and tmobile help docs I care to mention. Any ideas?

Don't know about any else but even though this issue isn't a show stopper for me these little things drive me bonkers.

Try logging on to your my.tmobile account from yor PC and see what your email setup looks like. Its farfetched but possible that there may be something not right in there. Try setting up the acoount there and see what happens.

that is a known issue right now with t-mobile and RIM. It haooend after RIM updated something on T-mo's BIS and now everyone gets that error. At this time there is no known time of it being fixed but it has been a few days now that the error has gone on for.

I got 2 new Pearls last night and had the issue. The problem was that I still had the Nokia 6103 selected as my phone on mytmobile.com Once I changed that to BB it worked.
