Hi All,

My Boss is having issues with the BB key (to the left of the pointer with the BB logo). She can't seem to get the grasp of short press and long press.. Short press obviously brings up a menu.. but if you long press that key it brings up other shortcuts.. she can't seem to time it right and we need to disable it.

How can I disable that shortcut bar from coming up and just leave it on the options that come up on a regular click?
