Hi All,

I'm new in BB and I have a 9700 from AT&T. Trying to figure out how to separate BES mails from BIS accounts founde in my user guide that there's an option for select which accounts I want to ve delivered also to mesagges icon.

but my surprise is when I follow the: MESSAGES-->OPTION-->Main Message List Settings

Main Message List Settings is not there!

any clues why? I'm running OS 5.0.0.296 (platform 5.1.0.83)

I was recently using a Bold 9000 using OS 5.0.0.314 and had the message list. I upgraded to the bold 9700 running OS 5.0.0.296 and the message list option is not available on this version? It was a great feature that allowed me to seperate my personal emails from the main message list (BES). Any suggestions from other users?

My friend with a Storm 9530 has the option, but my new Storm 9550 doesn't? I took want this option, where is it? Also he had a separate folder icon "Desktop" that displayed ONLY exchange server emails. I can't get the "Desktop" folder or the "main message list setting" option. Please help.

I had this issue as well, i was running 5.0.0.405. I found out you must be running 5.0.0.423 in order for that option to be unlocked. The OS was released by Bell Mobile, and a link should be a sticky at the top of the page. Just follow directions to a T and you'll be all set!

I have the Storm 2 9550 on Verizon Wireless, VZW has only officially released 5.0.0.320, would my Storm function properly if I upgraded to the .423? Thanks
