When I sync my BB my videos keep getting duplicated. The interesting thing is not all of them are getting doubled.

Almost all of my older videos are getting doubled, ie ones that were shot on a previous phone and are on this one's memory card.

Of the videos I shot since I got this phone, I got it in Oct 2011. I'm noticing doubles from March to September 2012.

I'm checking my BB in Windows Explorer and all the videos are in the same directory, F:\blackberry\videos

You might try deleting all the videos on the BB and doing a clean copy to the BB from the media control in DM. Just make sure you have all the videos on the PC you want before deleting anything. RIM does not show any issues with this on their support site.
