I'm using an 8100 v4.5.0.81 on ATT

After a battery pull or shutting down for the day, the next time I turn on the phone a profile exception that has been deleted shows up. Although it is checked as active, the exception does not work. Sometimes its only one exception sometimes others that have been deleted show up as well.
Any fixes for this?

Also, I will set a custom ringtone for a contact only to have it revert back to the default once the battery is pulled or shut down. OR sometimes it will show the custom ringtone but still ring the default tone. It will ring the custom tone most of the time though.

These problems started before updating to this version, not sure exactly when, but at least for the last 2 versions.

Any fixes would be appreciated!
