Hi all,

I could view .doc/.xls/.ppt/.pdf connected to BesX 5.0.2, but installed 5.0.3 and now cannot open XLS & PDF attachments.

PDF's dispaly "This attachment type cannot be viewed on your device", and XLS displays "Uncaught exception: missing resource com.dataviz.dxtg.sstg.resource.SheetToGo".

The Blackberry device hasn't changed, just the BesX upgrade.
I checked the BBerry and it shows the Blackbeery Attachment Service as being installed, and I checked BesX and it has those 2 extensions enabled, and am at a loss as to how to fix this.

Any ideas?

Try this maybe:
KB23759-"This attachment type cannot be viewed on your device" appears after an upgrade to BlackBerry Enterprise Server 5.0 SP2 or SP3
