I use a Blackberry Bold 9700 and sync it with a Mac Air. Every time I try to sync it , it comes up with An error was encountered while syncing Calendars. Try re syncing and the same error comes up?????????

Do you have the sync properly configured? Are you trying to sync using the native Mac contact and calendar apps?

The message that comes up is "An error was encountered while syncing Calendars".
I am using iCal on the Mac Air. Yes I do have the sync configured correctly. Thanks

Try a battery pull on the BB.

Which Mac DM version are you running? Probably need version 2 for the new Air.
