No - I have not checked on CDMA rumors - I am in my 60's, my company uses a BES, and I am kind of low tech and not sure what that even means or how it would apply. Are you saying you think it is not likely to ever be available on VZW?

As AT&T and VZW use different radio versions then the Torch as is would not work on VZW. The only way it will is perhaps with the rumoured Torch 2 coming later in the year (maybe) if they release it for all carriers, creating different radio versions for each. Or if VZW were to finally get access to the Torch much like they finally did with the iphone, but I really don't see that happening especially with new versions of BB phones slated to come out later this year and next.
