1st ; When I record video, my phone will hang awhile after I press record. Then it will say recording fail.

2 ; When I play a video, my phone will auto restart. Not once. Everytime I play a video. I tried restarting my phone, it still doesn't work for both.

Anyone can help me solve this 2 problems please? Thanks

Another problem. When I go into my Apps World - Top25, it only shows RecentlyUpdate. I can't scroll to others. Isit a bug?

The video issues could be due to a faulty or slow micro SD card. Not sure if that could cause your Apps World issue though. You might try checking for an OS update. Or doing a complete wipe (backup your contacts first!). Menu >> Options >> Security Options >> Security Wipe >> select all items >> type "blackberry" (minus the quotes) into the box >> select "Wipe"

Owhh,if I untick the contacts, I only choose media card, my contact will not be deleted right? Or can I just reformat my software using the desktop manager? It should be better huh?

I tried upgrading to a newer version. Cant play the video and record video also. Same thing, my dvice keep restarting. :(

I wipe my application and end up my video can play dy. Nw left the video camera problem. Sighh
