Some developers, such as opera mini, have a list of APN info by carrier on their website. I remember the opera mini list looked pretty thorough.

yes i have opera working and my local provider APN settings are in there. Sorry, I should have took a little more time to search. Does anyone have a comprehensive list of apps that only requires carrier APN? Thanks!
