9550 constant rebooting ???

Let me describe what’s taking place.
The phone works fine except in my office.......
Around 1015 each day while I'm in my office my 9550 will start to reboot and continue until I either leave or the battery goes dead. For example today it worked fine email, phone test everything until 1020 and then it started rebooting. I've *228 option 1 and 2 before I enter the building, no fix... It will get to the Verizon screen then reboot 30-50 times then work it's way to the theme page start the "verify security software" function then reboot again. The next reboot will display "verify security software at 1%" then reboot, then 5% reboot, 9% reboot and so forth. Once it completes the "verify security software" function... it will start to reboot after it loads each email it receives.
The signal says 1x @ 3 bars vice 3G before it reboots each time/.
This is the second phone. The first phone did the same thing.
Now this phone will work in this building in other rooms and my office mates phones all work with no problems.
Totally lost...
