The HandfreeLink in my Blackberry Tour gets engaged when I am in the car and says and indicates in the Dashbroad that "Phone is busy" when I want to make a call with the hand free device. So, I cannot use the phone to make any call while in the car using the HandsfreeLink.
My wife's phone has no such problem in the car.
Any suggestions? Thanks.

Are you on verizon? If so, that is more than likely your problem... They have a tendency to disable almost everything that their phones can do...
