i'm looking to access the internal total times the phone was used, with every phone before i've seen a counter system that cannot be reset, is there a way to access this on the storm ?

Don't know if this is what you're asking for but go to the dial a number screen, place the cursor in the field to dial a number, then bring up the menu and select Status.

i've seen this status info before. what i'm referring to is the counter that cannot be reset, the one that tells you total talk/data time from the moment the phone was first powered up....

if there is no such counter or log on the phone, then anyone can make ridiculous claims that their phones are *brand new* when they are not.

yes, like an odometer that cannot be reset....

Don't know but I'll look around. It should have some sort of internal memory that knows total uptime, total time spent connected (talking) etc.
