Hey everyone! I have a Blackberry Curve 8310. Well I have no sound. When I change from quiet to normal profile, it stays quiet. I can't hear my ringtones and if I download music, I can't hear that either. Is there anything I can do?

Try reset or battery pull. To reset hit simultaneously: ALT+ (right) CAPS + DEL

Have you done anything recently like install new programs, make system setting changes, etc?

No which doesn't make any sense. Now when I get an email and it is on the "loud" profile it is vibrating.

I know you said music doesn't play as well but have you checked your profile settings to see if things there got changed (you can see what ring volume, tone/vibrate, etc. for each profile)?
