Default 8300 on O2 in the UK - No email or Web

Hi All

Last week i renewed my contract with O2 over the phone in an effort to reduce my monthly bill - and since then i have had not been able to send or receive emails or access the web.

I have now called them for 30 minutes everyday to try and get this resolved but no joy. First tehy told me someone had taken off my balckberry service and replaced it with free wap!!!! They tell me they have taken this off and reinstated the balckberry service. It briefly works for 12 hrs or so then stops I stillhave EDGE or GPRS showing so signal fine. Ive gone through various diagnostics checks, reboots and network registration with them but they just cant seem to fix it and im loosing the will to live.

It wont even receive a service book when i send one via my BIS account.

Please help!!

Yes tried that about 20 times, no joy.

However, it has mysteryously started working this morning, no idea why - but not gonna touch it!

Do you have a BB dataplan? Call the carrier and have them reprovision the account.
