As to whether an upgrade is needed is purely personal preference and opinion, and based on whether you have needs that are featured or fixed in an upgrade.

I was wondering an I'm also trying to set up my work e-mail cause i work for one of the park districts in my area. An I was gonna upgrade so that if something is sent to me and the version is upgraded and I can't recieve it there on the spot I'm kind of screwed!!
