So after trying to get the thing to work smoothly since Saturday...

No luck... I now have a "bricked" phone because the Laptop's usb port "wasn't providing enough power"...

If RIM supported Apple I wouldn't have a problem. Now I have to go around asking to borrow pc's.

I don't mean to rant but I am just tired of the device not working.

Have you tried different ports on the laptop? Also, unplug any other usb periferals you have connected to any other usb ports.

Yea, he had three ports that we tried. I am going just wake up early and head to a Verizon store. Hopefully, they can get me going just so it lasts until I get a replacement.

If Verizon can't do it. Which I will assume they don't have the capabilities. You can call up Horizon Wireless they should be able to get you going.

Thank You Big for the info. I will tell you though, if you raise enough stink and know the right people, you will get your way. :P

I could instantly tell that the replacement phone works a ton better than the first. So as of right now, I am good.
