You have 3 posts all asking questions about GPS with minimal information. Have you looke in the GPS and Mapping section here? Without a BlackBerry Data Plan, you can not get the maps to your BB.
I want GPS on my phone. I dont know what a Data plan is but when i was browsing threw the site it said i can go on the blackberrys internet and dl the GPS. I did but it will not open up it shows me the GPS sign and thats it.

You have a 8310 so that has GPS but you cannot use it without a data plan, look on your bill for your info or contact your carrier. Then download google maps you will love it.
