Hello,

My boss lost all his data in outlook (address book and calendar). The outlook doesn't backup. Here's the question, how synchronize back his BlackBerry data to outlook ?

Use Desktop Manager. Set it to one way sync of the address book and calendar from phone to Outlook. There are different ways to edit the settings depending on which version of Desktop Manager you have.

There are different menus on the different versions. Which version are you using?

Under 4.2 you go to Synchronize > Configuration > Configure Sync. Hit "Choose" under Address Book and select Export. Do the same for Calendar.

Under other versions there's an Options link on the front. There's a similar way to choose getting it from the phone to Outlook.

It can let me choose one way sync if I selected Export?
