hello,
I'm new to all of this so i apologize in advance if the answers are elsewhere. but the "u" button on my keyboard will randomly not work and i will have to keep pushing and pushing until it works and even then it still might not even work. does anyone have any ideas of what could be wrong? or how i could fix it? If you could help me, that'd be great! thanks!

Welcome to BBF.

This usually happens when the BB gets dropped or gets wet. It most likely needs to be replaced.

Thats the thing, I keep it in a case and it's not been dropped or wet ;( I always have the worst of luck with electronics.

maybe humidity? i'm not sure

but they told me that i could not get insurance for my phone. so looks like i'm s.o.l ;X
