Is it possible to remove the berry from a certain enterprise, for example if the berry can only send e-mail's, do to the lock on the enterprise is there any way to disable it and start making call's/using bluetooth, etc...

Hopefully that made sense as i'm really new to berry's, i've been playing with nokia's and Motorola's for ever.

Welcome to the forums.

Is this your personal BB or a work device? If it's a work device, you can't get around the IT Policy from the BES.

if you have a corporate device and they have locked it down, removing that IT policy will not only remove you from the BES, but also put your job in danger.

Its an old work phone, now i just wanna use it as a regular berry. call's/bluetooth/e-mail/text/etc...

Just dont know how to get around the lock. And Rogers wont help.

See if the BES Admin will add it to the BES long enough to push a blank/default policy to it...

Otherwise you could follow these steps to remove the policy:

BTW, Rogers *can't* help....not that they won't.

is the device yours or your works? if it is your work's, then contact your IT department and then will be able to take care of it.
