Hi,

I just had upgraded one of our clients to BES 4.0 from version 3.6. Upgrade went with no problem. There are 4 user's during Blackberries, two are 7290 models and the other two are 7280. For some reason the user’s on 7290 are getting duplicate entries in their address book. I have taken a look everywhere but can’t seem to find out why this is happening. Any suggestions?

Environment is BES 4.0, Exchange 2000.
