No matter what I set for the convenience key it only opens the phone. I did a battery pull but no change. Any ideas?

you are setting the left side convenience key? are you hitting menu > save or just exiting the menu? Also, try updating the OS if you are not updated currently.

Thanks guys. I figured it out. A short press opens what is in the setting. If you hold the key down it always opens the phone.
