I just receive me BB today, is there a way to get my home email via Outlook 2007 pushed to my BB without using BIS?

Yes, use Blackberry Desktop Redirector. It does a very nice job. I set it up on one computer in the office. Works great. Of course, your computer should be always on. Redirector usually starts automatically every time you turn your PC on. If it doesn't, drag&drop its shortcut in the Startup or use regedit and add it to HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run .

And you are going to need a data plan too.

In other words, you still need BIS; sorry I didn't think of the outlook redirector option. I used it for a little while when I first got the BB, but I really didn't like it at all and switched to OWA.

The software should have come with the phone. The calendar will not synch via the re-director. You will need to connect the device using the Desktop Manager and synch with outlook using the synch function. When you synch it will also file all email sent from the blackberry if you configure it to do so.
