I have a password for my device, required my by work server. But I don't recall ever setting up a password on my desktop. I' m trying to get into my blackberry desktop so that I can move music and picture. It keeps asking for a password. My device one isn't working. Any thoughts?

Is it asking for a device password or a keystore password? The password to get to the device from DM should be the same as on the device itself unles it's a "keystore password." That could be different.
