I came across and article that said you can add the following registry key in and the BlackBerry Controller Service will restart the BlackBerry Dispatcher in case of failure.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Enterprise Server

Key name "RestartDispatcherOnCrash" Does anyone know if this line is needed anymore?

It is a default setting that the controller will restart the dispatcher on crash. No need to set anything.
