I have a user within my agency I work for that is having an Blackberry issue. He is stating that he cannot receive email message from a Defense Contractors email address but his regular outlook email account he can receive an email message from other person. Would anyone know possibly what the issue might be and tell me how to fix the issue. We have Verizon as our carrier and User is activated via Enterprise Activation with the BES.

There are probably much more qualified people to answer your question than me, but by chance does your person also have his Outlook open/running when he's trying to receive these emails? I have 3 email addresses going to my Blackberry, 2 of which also go to my Outlook (one is specific for my BB). One of the emails downloads to both no problem. One however will not receive the email if Outlook is running on my desktop. Now granted, there may be a setting in Outlook I could change to fix this but it's not that big of deal for me...just trying to help.
