I got some nasty problems with my bbm on the 8900:

-I cant see the pics of my contacts
-My profile picture cannot be seen by new contacts
-The old photo I had is the only one seen by my old contacts (I puted a new photo and it doesnt shows, the old one keeps)

What da heck is happening?

Also why email recieve is soo slow?! A mail than I got in my hotmail came two minutes late to my bb!

hotmail is NOT instant push.
So it will not arrive on your BB at the same time it arrives in your inbox.

sound like you do not have a BB data plan so email will be slow. as for your other question, see below


On the BlackBerry smartphone, open the Address Book, and highlight a contact.
Press the Menu key, click Add Picture, and select a picture.
Press the Menu key again and click Select.
Use the trackball to adjust the picture horizontally and vertically on the screen.

The "sounds liek you dont have a data plan so email will be slow" isn't the issue.
If the OP has a BB data plan, is using both BBM and the native email client; hotmail WILL be slow, because its not an instant push provider, as I said.
