If anybody can answer this question itd be great. Okay so straight to the point: I really want the storm, I want to be one of the people there at 7am, But, I don't have the total amount to get the storm and activation fee all toghether. But I remember that Tmobile charges you all that stuff on the phone bill at the end of the month. The question is: will Verizon make me pay for the phone and activation fee, or if not, what will they need me to pay on the spot. Thanks for your help, I really want it, and will feel super bumed if I don't.

My experience with VZW is that you need to pay upfront for phone. The other items would be in your monthly bill. Then again, I have had different experiences at different locations, so zero may be on target.

you can actually bill a total of $250.00 to your account as long as your bill is not passed due. I asked my buddy who is a verizon manager. I to will be at my nearest verizon store a 7am tomorrow to get the Storm.

I'm almost positive that also depends on your credit, I think they rate you from A to D, at least that is what I heard.

If memory serves me, a handset with a new line of service means you pay up front, an upgrade on an existing line of service can be charged to your bill. Gives you the opportunity to demonstrate good payment habits for a few months before having a big charge appear.

Agreed. When I first had VZW service, I signed up for broadband access, not even thinking of using my bb as a modem, and they had to look at my account specifics to see if my preset spend limit (amount they could bill) was enough to cover the device and first monthly charge. She said everyone's account could have a different billable allowance.

This has been increased to $350 temporarily.
