Question Evernote permissions

Please Login to Remove!

I just updated to version 3.1.305 of Evernote and noticed it wants access to all of my user data: Email, Organizer Data, Files and Security Data.
As far as I can tell to synchronize the notes, it would need access to files, but that's it. Why do they want access to even Security Data?
Am I being paranoid
