Default Storm 1 user looking to "upgrade"

Please Login to Remove!

I have a small business. I need to recieve emails, communicate, have a fast browser, sync with windows Vista and windows 7.

currently I have a Storm 1. I think its just fine, but I am on my 3rd one. I end up breaking the screen. I frequent construction sites, run equipment etc.

I dont know which models are which. I was thinking about the newest Curve but I saw somewhere that its pretty basic?

what is the newest blackberry that would be an upgrade from the Storm? I cannot use the Torch, I have the Verizon network. switching networks is not an option.

is the Bold 9650 the "bold 2" ?

Im confused by all these models.

I was considering the Droid 2, but it seems I am better off sticking with blackberry for business purposes? I dont care about facebook or anything like that.

Your better off with the BB is you use it for business. If you seem to be having them break (they are not hardened) I would suggest you get a full case protector. It will help you to a degree if you drop it or pick it up with wet or dirty hands. Any construction site can be hazardous to any cell phone.
Visit the carrier store and look at the available units,

Good luck

Go tot he Verizon store and check them out. The 9650 is the latest model, non touch screen.

are there any BB that are "inferior" to each other, or is it just a matter of preference?

I guess Im looking at the Tour, Curve or Bold, but I dont know the difference between each.

I dont know anything about unlocking or getting into super details of the phone, i just use the basic features they come with. is anyone of these lacking anything the others may have?

also, do all of these have 3G?

I wouldn't recommend the 8530, go with the 9650.
