Just upgraded to the 9700 - should be here next week. I am coming from the 9000 and use a Sedio side insert holster. I am thinking that holster will now be too big. I'd like to stick with Seidio, but they don't yet offer a 9700 holster. Question is, wouldn't the version for the 8900 Curve work just as well? I will also be using a skin too if that makes any difference.

The address below will give you BB dimensions. If it were me, I would keep on using the case and wait for Seidio to come out with the 9700 case.

The 8900 curve holster will work with the 9700 BlackBerry Bold; however, it will be a little bit loose. The 9700 holster is designed for a more perfect and ideal fit to the BB9700. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

So is there a date when the Seidio 9700 case will be available? I will be looking for one that also allows the rubberized cover to be used as well. I have this combo on my old Bold and it works great.
